What it's like
Northland is a small team running a real industrial facility. Two rotary drum dryer lines, rail siding, bulk packaging. The work is operational and measured. We hire for ownership of outcomes, not seat-warming. When you call, you talk to someone who can decide. When you raise a problem, it gets worked.
